A student who doesn’t know how to express his feelings to his crush draws a character presenting a love note on a notecard. Upon slipping the notecard into their apartment, the doodled character comes to life and tries to deliver the message before they get thrown in the trash.
This was a passion project that became a year and a half long endeavor which taught me 2D animation. A combination of live action, stop motion, and 2D animation, it was a challenging and satisfying project. I got my hands dirty writing, storyboarding, 2D animating, stop motion animating, directing, editing, compositing, and having a ton of fun while at it.
